Conveniently located in the Greenbrier section of Chesapeake, Hubbard & Hartley, PC is a full service law firm that provides quality services to individuals and businesses in a cost conscious manner inside or outside of the courtroom.  Started in 1994 with a sole practitioner, Kevin L. Hubbard and later joined by his partner, Albert R. Hartley, the Law Firm of Hubbard & Hartley, PC has expanded its personnel and its geographic scope to serve throughout Hampton Roads.   The firm currently offers combined legal experience of more than 30 years. All staff attorneys maintain active roles in the Hampton Roads community and surrounding areas, both in local government and non-governmental activities.
